The Fable : Episode 22

The invincible hitman, Fable, is ordered by the boss to live an ordinary life in Osaka for a year.

Akira and Yoko start their new life in Osaka, but trouble always seems to find them.

Akira runs the risk of disobeying orders while minding his own business.

Sparks fly between Akira, who wants to live in peace, and Ebihara, who wants the hitman out.

In his quest to live an ordinary life, Akira begins the seemingly impossible task of finding a job.

Kojima becomes increasingly resentful at changes to the Maguro Group while he was in prison.

With growing frustration, Kojima takes advantage of Ebihara's absence to make his move.

Yoko sets her sights on a playboy womanizer who shows up at the bar where she hangs out.

As Kojima's rampage escalates, Ebihara tries to get Akira to keep an eye on him.

When Akira finds out that Misaki is in trouble, he goes into action to get her out of it.

Akira, Yoko, Kojima, and Sunagawa all prepare for what will be an explosive encounter.

Hindered by his order not to kill, Akira still puts his rescue plan into motion.

Akira returns with Kojima, but now Ebihara faces a hard decision to keep the peace of the Group.

Akira lets Kuroshio, who knows the truth about Fable, tag along for a two-night survival adventure.

Akira and Kuroshio's survival adventure in the mountains drives Kuroshio to the edge of sanity.

One battleground, the woods, the other, a bar. Both will echo with sounds of fierce combat tonight.

From a Taihei detective agency, a dark force is at work, disturbing Akira's peaceful life.

Utsubo and his associates approach Misaki as they proceed with their nefarious plans.

Akira finds out a surprising fact during a delivery, and Utsubo and his crew make their next move.

Utsubo exposes Kainuma's stalking, causing Kainuma to turn his ire on Misaki.

After discovering who Fable is, Utsubo begins working out a plan to kill Akira.

Akira proves harder than expected to kill, and Utsubo runs into trouble preparing the next trap.

Suzuki and Akira work desperately to save Hinako, and Utsubo puts his final plan into action.

Isaki arranges for a getaway car but runs into a snag. Otherwise, life goes on for everyone else.
