Black Butler : Episode 59

The Phantomhive estate bustles with preparations for an important meeting between the Young Master and a slithering captain of industry. The maid, the gardener, and the cook are fools, but the Butler is a man of hidden talents.

Plans to suppress an uprising of the vermin variety are put on hold when the Young Master is abducted. The Butler is obligated to act decisively in such matters, and no one sets the table better than Sebastian.

When the Young Master’s fiancée drops by for an unannounced visit, the Phantomhive Estate experiences a sickening outbreak of “cuteness.” Meanwhile, the Butler has his hands full with a suicidal apprentice.

The Young Master dons an evening gown to apprehend a monster who’s been butchering women of the night, but if his talent for cross-dressing is discovered, the Phantomhive name will be irreversibly sullied.

The Butler and his Young Master scour the seedy back alleys of London in search of an infamous butcher. Imagine their surprise upon discovering that the ripper may actually be a reaper!

Sebastian continues his gruesome battle with the rogue reaper, and the Young Master takes special care to ensure that his beloved aunt is buried in the proper colors.

At the behest of the Queen, the Young Master and his underlings travel to a dreary land supposedly haunted by a demon dog. This new mission makes the Butler uneasy, but he’s always been more of a cat person.

The Butler puts on an exhibition in the art of training demonic canines to shake, roll over, and refrain from terrorizing gloomy villages. Meanwhile, the Gardener gets his first, painful taste of love.

The Young Master’s latest acquisition is a haunted camera which can photograph beings not of this world. Calamites are sure to follow when the servants set out to snap a shot of the elusive Butler.

Already a man of many talents, the Butler adds ice sculpting to his repertoire in an attempt to acquire a priceless-but-cursed gem for his Young Master.

When his betrothed is abducted by a deranged doll maker, the Young Master travels to London to investigate. Little does he know, the search will be complicated by a lovesick reaper who’s lost his scythe.

The Master’s birthday approaches, but rescuing Elizabeth is of far greater importance than celebrating. A vile puppeteer is terrorizing London, and only the Butler can cut down his army of marionettes.

A postcolonial conflict boils over when an Indian prince visits the Phantomhive estate. Later, the Butler’s prowess with a blade is unexpectedly matched by his foreign counterpart.

Prince Soma has been betrayed by his manservant, and the Butler must put his hellish talents to the test in a curry-cooking competition against the blessed right hand of an Indian deity.

The Queen is on hand as the Butler wages culinary warfare against Prince Soma’s royal servant. The competition reaches an unprecedented level of ferocity when someone’s secret ingredient unleashes the demon god of curry.

When the Young Master is defeated in a supernatural chess match, he must surrender his most prized possession to a ghostly prince. Locating a very old and very specific skull is the key to bringing Sebastian back.

The Queen orders young Master Phantomhive to investigate reports of a cult that promises to “purify” its unclean members. The mission is complicated by the appearance of a familiar reaper.

An angel abducts Ciel and attempts to rewrite his unhappy memories of the past. The Butler is powerless to assist, but fortunately, the Young Master has an unhealthy attachment to his hatred.

There’s a potent new drug plaguing the backstreets of London, and it’s being sold in stolen Phantomhive candy wrappers. The Young Master is being set up, but what manner of man wants him to take the fall?

While the Young Master continues his investigation into the opium-filled, counterfeit candy wrappers, the Butler is chained and tortured in the Tower of London.

A series of flashbacks reveals the secret pasts - and hidden talents - of the Phantomhive staff. While the servants go about their daily duties, the Young Master gives a chess lesson to pretty lady.

The Young Master’s journey to Paris leads to another showdown with the Queen’s angelic butler and a painful parting of the ways with someone dear to his heart. Can Ciel survive without the demonic assistance he’s grown so accustomed to?

The Young Master arrives in London only to find the city engulfed by flames. After an ominous warning from the undertaker, Ciel attempts to visit the queen, but he’s shocked by his treatment at the hands of the palace guards.

Having regained the services of his Butler, the Young Master issues a chilling order to kill. Sebastian is eager to please, but this task will require a revelation of his true nature.

Devilish butler Claude and his young master Alois must outwit a priest, a viscount, and a conniving uncle with an eye on the family fortune. As if that weren’t excitement enough for one day, a mysterious guest pays a visit to the mansion.

Lady Elizabeth desperately seeks the legendary white stag, a mysterious creature believed to granted eternal happiness. Eager to assist the lady in her quest, our heroes take to the river for an adventure that knows no depths.

Women all over London are being burned alive, and it's up to Sebastian and Ciel to find the criminal. When the town goes up in smoke, a fabulous grim reaper arrives to lend a helping hand - or perhaps a scythe!

When a nobleman’s son is kidnapped, the Queen orders Sebastian and Ciel to deliver the ransom. The exchange is to be made on a train, but a host of suspicious passengers - and an outbreak of cholera - complicate this mission of mercy.

When Sebastian and Ciel attend a masquerade ball at the Trancy estate, it becomes clear that young master Phantomhive has lost his memory. Later in the evening, Ciel is lured away from the party for an eerie encounter with Alois.

When a demonic instrument wreaks havoc at the ball, Sebastian uses his unusual musical talent to set the mood for a party. Later in the evening, he takes to the water in a butler against butler battle for his young master’s soul.

The “dance of death” is the scheduled entertainment when Sebastian and Ciel attend a private affair at the Trancy estate, and only teatime can persuade the butlers to lay down their weapons and stop the bloodshed.

A series of haunting flashbacks revisit the tragic events of the night Claude and Alois first met. As their story unfolds, a devilish partnership is forged, and their unholy interest in Sebastian and Ciel is finally explained!

The appearance of a new grim reaper leads to various mix-ups, and a string of mysterious eye-gougings plagues London. Sebastian and his Young Master suspect different culprits, but Ciel might not be around long enough to investigate!

Sebastian must devise a way to reclaim Ciel without violating his Young Master’s orders. It is a perilous mission that will require every ounce of the dashing butler’s strength and cunning - and perhaps a scandalous pose or two!

Sebastian and Claude compete for the affections of their masters while attempting to navigate a treacherous labyrinth! Meanwhile, a struggle between two tortured souls rages deep within the mortal form of Ciel Phantomhive.

Hannah’s devious game of deception forces Sebastian and Claude to agree to the unthinkable: a demon verses demon duel where only one butler emerges victorious!

Our favorite butler and master are back with more tea and cakes, more cutlery-based warfare, and more evil to rout from the London underworld.

After a letter from Queen Victoria, some breaking and entering, and a trip to Undertaker, Sebastian and Ciel go to the circus. The mission: find a large group of missing children. The obstacle: Sebastian loses it a little when he's around cats...

The air is thick with trapezes, knives, and pointed jibes as Sebastian and Ciel audition for the circus. Then after the excitement dies down, they see an unexpected familiar face in the rehearsal tent...

Sebastian and Ciel have done undercover work before, but this particular job presents some unique challenges.

Sebastian and Will may well be the most awkward duo in circus history, but Ciel currently has bigger problems.

Sometimes Sebastian's revisions to a plan can be dangerous.

Before they pay the baron a visit, Sebastian decides to take some advice from Soma.

Lord Kelvin invites Ciel to replay a certain night from his past, and Ciel's servants receive some unexpected visitors at the mansion.

The world is never kind to anyone.

Sebastian carries out his remaining orders, and as usual, Will is left to clean up the mess.

Ciel begins attending England’s prestigious Weston College. This insular school values tradition, is bound by strict discipline, and is ruled by the prefects of its four boarding houses, collectively known as "P4".

Ciel builds his reputation within the school in order to get close to the P4. His success grants him the opportunity to participate in an exclusive gathering reserved only for prefects and their drudges. However, this meeting doesn't go as expected.

Ciel decides to pay back Maurice Cole for his underhanded trick. Since Maurice lives in a different boarding house, he arranges a special exemption for an acquaintance to be admitted to Weston so that he can monitor Maurice.

Ciel wins the P4's trust, but he still can't find a chance to get close to the Head Master. And so he brings up the subject of Derrick Arden with the P4 and their drudges. When he does, the expressions on the prefects' faces change...

Ciel hears some promising information: the ever-busy Head Master will be attending Weston's traditional cricket tournament, and evidently the student who exhibits the most sportsmanlike behaviour will be invited to the Head Master's "midnight tea party."

Ciel is chosen to play cricket, but the boys of Sapphire Owl House are the perennial wooden spooners. They've had just one victory in the history of the tournament. Ciel resolves to wrest another victory for his House—without any miracles.

Ciel and the rest of Sapphire Owl House have won their way into the deciding match. As the cricketers exercise their talents to the fullest, Sebastian pursues the Head Master, who has appeared at last.

At the boat parade that caps off the cricket tournament, Ciel vows once again to learn the truth and present it to Queen Victoria.

His efforts in the cricket tournament having succeeded, Ciel now has an invitation to a tea party sponsored by Weston College's absolute monarch: the Head Master.

The truth behind the disappearances of Derrick Arden and the others comes to light. What's more, Ciel discovers that a former Phantomhive ally has been involved all along.

His duty as the Queen's guard dog complete, Ciel and his servants take a trip to London to inspect new Funtom Company goods. Later, Sebastian is reunited with someone unexpected.

Sebastian and Ciel begin investigating a series of suspicious deaths in Germany at the Queen's request.

Sebastian and Ciel pay a price for entering the Werewolves' Forest. Sullivan agrees to help, on one condition.

Sebastian starts serving Sullivan as her butler. Meanwhile, Ciel seems to have become a different person.

While Sebastian and Snake are off investigating the Emerald Castle behind Wolfram's back, a werewolf attacks.

Sebastian intuits that they are out of time and sternly confronts Ciel.

Sullivan finally completes the Ultimate Spell.

After learning everything there is to know about the mystery, Ciel presses Sullivan to come to a decision.

The villagers madly pursue Sullivan, resulting in a fierce battle between them and the Phantomhive servants.

Ciel is saved by Diederich. But Wolfsschlucht is home to another threat beyond the werewolves and curses...

After escaping death, Sebastian and the others reunite, but they're only afforded a brief moment of relief.

Sebastian and the others manage to escape the Werewolves' Forest. Diederich tells Ciel something surprising.

The household returns to England, where their final task is to present Sullivan to the Queen.
